What we do

Raylin Energy distributes battery storage systems, solar modules, inverters, mounting hardware and electrical products to the Australian trade. Our customers are solar installers, electrical wholesalers, EPCs, integrators and battery retailers — we do not sell to end users, and we do not compete with our customers for their retail work.

How we are structured

We hold relationships with manufacturers in China and with established Australian distribution channels, and we use both depending on the line and the lead time. Selected battery products are held in Australian warehouses for fast project turnaround; project-scale and specialist lines are supplied on indent with confirmed factory lead times.

What that means for you

• One purchase order, multiple categories. Storage, solar, electricals and EV from a single supplier reduces freight and administration.
• Honest lead times. If it is Australian stock we say so. If it is indent we give you the factory window rather than an optimistic guess.
• Documentation that stands up. Datasheets, CEC listing evidence and warranty statements are issued to approved accounts so you can specify with confidence.
• Technical input. Sizing, inverter compatibility and configuration review before you order — not after the install fails.

Compliance position

Electrical work must be carried out by a licensed electrician in accordance with AS/NZS 3000 and the relevant state requirements. Battery installations must follow the manufacturer's installation manual and applicable standards. Raylin Energy supplies product and documentation; we do not carry out installation or certify installations.

Warranty and support

Warranty is provided by the manufacturer under its published terms. Where a claim is required, we lodge and track it on your behalf and coordinate replacement or repair. Our commercial terms, returns policy and freight arrangements are confirmed in writing with every quote.
